It was a quick and straightforward interview. I answered some questions, saw the work area, and got an offer right away. This place is great for finding a new job; it's super clean and brand new.

The HR part of getting my application reviewed took forever. They were really bad at responding and keeping up with things, which was the toughest part. After that, I had a phone call with HR, then two nurse managers from different units interviewed me. One manager mostly talked about the job, which was straightforward. The other manager asked tougher questions. I ended up getting job offers from both units.

First, an HR interview, then a meeting with the unit manager. You'll shadow the role, and staff input carries significant weight alongside the unit manager's opinion. A background check and drug screen are also part of the process.
