First, there was a group interview with HR and four other candidates. Then, a second interview with the category manager. During the first interview, we were given a role-play exercise. The second interview was more of a get-to-know-you and personal experience discussion.

I had two fairly long interviews, with standard questions, followed by a round where I was shown around the premises and introduced to the teams. After that, I heard nothing back, and it turned out I didn't have enough experience for them.

Behavioral

There was only one phone interview. Then a personal meeting was advertised, but it never happened. I was hired based on the phone interview. However, I would have liked to get to know the company and especially the colleagues personally beforehand. The whole application process therefore seemed very chaotic and less structured. It also felt like they had little interest in me.
