Ho avuto l'occasione di fare un primo colloquio per un tirocinio per la filiale di Lucca con i due manager del negozio, per una posizione in Accoglienza Clienti. Personale gentile e aperto.

Behavioral Case

It was a really good interview experience. The interviewers were patient and nice. We talked about my CV and some typical behavioral questions, which felt more like a chat in a very sincere atmosphere. After that, there was a small case study about budgets. I got a call back after the weekend. I had to decline because I'd already accepted another offer, but I'd definitely consider reapplying if a suitable role opens up.

Behavioral Other

The interview was friendly and nice, though a bit disorganized. They talked about the company's situation and their expectations for an intern. I was asked about my experience and the company's current issues. The interview lasted about an hour at their office. It took about a month to hear back about the internship offer.
