Analyst
There will be an aptitude test to judge your skills. The technical round will cover areas you have worked on. The manager round will be about judging your overall approach towards the job. HR will explain their policies and ask about your salary expectations.
- Can you explain the procure to pay cycle?
- Can you explain the order to cash cycle?
Analyst
I interviewed on Jan 11, 2019. I got the offer letter on Jan 15. Then, just 24-48 hours before I was supposed to start, they told me about a discrepancy. My family and I were shocked. I don't get why it took so long for them to notice. If they had told me within a few days after the interview, I would have been fine. But this makes it seem like they messed with my career, especially since I'd already quit my old job after they confirmed I was joining. It might not be a big deal for them, but it sends a bad message about their HR. I took a big hit, but hopefully, others will be more careful before joining this organization.
- What are your salary expectations?
Analyst
I applied online and after a week, I got an interview. The interviewers were nice and it was a good experience overall. They asked common interview questions and gave me two word problems to solve.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
