The interview process was very straightforward. After sending my resume and cover letter, they reached out almost immediately after applying. The recruiter I spoke with offered to schedule a comprehensive informational interview with a very quick follow up. The recruiter I spoke with was very knowledgeable and transparent about the interview process. After speaking on the phone she sent me additional information about having a formal interview. I ultimately decided to decline the offer to interview with them because I'm not as interested in pursuing a career in sales.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty good, mostly conversational. It was a 3-step process: a phone interview, then an interview with leadership, and finally an interview with team members. It was mostly focused on personality, goals, and what motivates you.

Behavioral

After I applied, the recruiter called to talk more about the job. The recruiter had a really bad attitude and was not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions and didn't seem interested in the call. Instead of focusing on the daily call goals, she made rude comments when I asked about the typical work week in terms of tasks and hours. It didn't give me a good impression of the company or how they treat people.
