The interview process was very straightforward. After sending my resume and cover letter, they reached out almost immediately after applying. The recruiter I spoke with offered to schedule a comprehensive informational interview with a very quick follow up. The recruiter I spoke with was very knowledgeable and transparent about the interview process. After speaking on the phone she sent me additional information about having a formal interview. I ultimately decided to decline the offer to interview with them because I'm not as interested in pursuing a career in sales.

I was interviewed by MSI, a placement firm, who prepared me for an interview with their client. They reviewed my qualifications to ensure I was a good fit for the role and helped me get ready. The process was smooth and respectful. Since this is a long-term temp-to-perm position, I still work with Metro Systems, who have been consistently helpful and responsive. As a temporary employee, I only get health insurance, but they made setting that up very easy. They are a great organization!

Had a minimal phone interview over Skype. The main interview was with the actual client, so it might differ. For instance, at Navy Federal, the questions were all experience-based. I had one phone interview with Metro, and then a one-hour review with three hiring managers at Navy Federal. It turned out the manager I was told I'd be working for wasn't the actual manager, which was a bit of a surprise.

The whole interview process took about 6 weeks. I applied online and heard back from a recruiter within days. The recruiter set up a 30-minute phone call interview. Then, she called again to check in and arrange an in-person interview, which happened a few weeks later. About a week after that, I got the job offer. The recruiter was really good at explaining the role, so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall, it was a great experience!
