The interview process was split into 2 rounds. First, a meeting with HR. Second, a meeting with Hiring Managers and some Team members. The second round involved a task: candidates had to interpret data from an Excel file and then present a PowerPoint to the Managers. I felt it was a bit challenging for an entry-level role, but I liked doing it. HR gave feedback to those not selected, which I appreciated.

It was a pretty strict interview process but overall good. They checked my data skills and if I knew research methods. There was also a cultural interview and an aptitude test. They also assessed my ability to tell stories and read data. In total there were 3 rounds, and one of them was the cultural interview.

Behavioral Presentation

Straightforward application process involving CV, cover letter and further questions. This was followed by a first interview. When successful, you are invited to complete a bare-bones market research report and bring it into shape - reflecting the type of report you would deliver to your client. After reviewing this, you may be invited for a second and final interview involving a practical task presenting a debrief and additional, competency-based questioning.
