There was just one interview round. The interviewer seemed to be reading from a script and kept looking away. It was a generally negative experience, especially since I don't have a CS background for a technical role, and I felt like I shouldn't have been interviewed.

The MetLife internship interview process is pretty chill. Applications for the MTU internship usually go live between December and February. First, you get an invite for a WebEx call with a recruiter. It's about 30 mins and they ask behavioral questions and about your strengths. If that goes well, you have a second interview between March and May with the team you might be joining. All in all, it's one of the easiest and most relaxed ways to get an internship.
