The interview process kicked off with a basic aptitude test featuring simple math problems. Next was the HR round, covering typical questions like career motivations for switching jobs. Following that, a technical and managerial interview delved into technical aspects and project-related queries. They then outlined the responsibilities of the role. A notable aspect was the HR's emphasis on long-term commitment, prioritizing candidates who could stay with the company for an extended period over those aiming for skill development within a shorter timeframe, which I found a bit unusual given their focus on employee tenure.
