The interview process had 3 rounds: first HR, then a Tech round, and finally a Project Manager round. The HR round focused on my overall experience and skills. The Tech round dove into my technical abilities, particularly the types of testing I've performed. The Project Manager round involved discussing the projects I've worked on.

Associate Director
The interview process need more executive level personnel to tailor what they are looking for. There were colleagues who you would be reporting to that I don't feel will provide a fair assessment of who they are truly looking for.
