The interview process was smooth and they were really understanding about my situation. They cared more about whether I understood the core principles of things rather than if I knew specific details for the job. It was a really good experience overall, though I know other people might have had different experiences.

I went through a 6-month interview process. It started with phone interviews with 2 recruiters, then the hiring manager, and then three other managers from different departments. After that, I had a final in-person meeting with the hiring manager, but they had just accepted a new position, so I didn't get an offer. A few weeks later, another recruiter reached out and told me to apply for a new position that was about to open, even sending me the link. I applied, but the recruiter vanished, and I didn't hear back for two months. Then I got an automated email saying they decided to move in a different direction.

I applied online and then had a phone screen. After that, I had an onsite interview with 6 people from the department. They were all nice and friendly. Most of them asked behavioral questions from a script. I think I could have done better by selling myself more and providing specific examples of my skills. The boss interviewed me last and didn't talk to me for long, so I guess the decision was already made. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I never did, even after emailing the HR person who set up the interview. That felt a bit rude, though everyone in the interview was pleasant. I learned that I should have actively included more concrete examples of using relevant skills instead of just answering behavioral questions.
