I applied online. Then I got an email to set up a phone interview. They answered all my questions during the interview. After that, we moved on to testing. My recruiter helped me schedule the testing. There were 6 tests in total, 3 in Spanish and 3 in English. I'm waiting to hear back about my final clearance.

it was like no interview really, just like a year long background check and application process and then testing your language skills. the testing was a little hard but not too bad. it was a long process though.
