So it was a standard interview with a peer section. They asked me about my goals, my experience, and my ability to work with others. They also asked about the company values and what I found interesting about the unit itself. The whole thing lasted about an hour and I spoke with the director, the manager, and a few nurses who work here.

The process was really nice and everyone was honest. They wanted to know about my interests and why I was interested in the company. It was very straightforward and I felt like I could get along with everyone.

I spoke with the recruiter first, then I had an interview with another coordinator. The coordinator was late to our scheduled time, which I get, but after that, things seemed to go okay. They said I'd be moving on, but then I heard nothing back after sending lots of emails. Two weeks later, I found out the job was filled. Super unprofessional and rude. Honestly, after reading other reviews, I feel like I avoided a bad situation.

The interview went great. Both of my would-be bosses seemed to like everything I said. They even went so far as to tell me about the yearly company holiday parties and how much fun they are. I was told I receive a call from HR to schedule skills testing... a week later, nothing. I contacted both of my interviewers and one of them told me the person in HR that schedules the testing was on vacation and would return in a week. Two weeks went by...still nothing. I continued to contact my interviewers to no avail. They both stopped responding. Then 4 months later I received an email saying that someone else was hired for that position. What a crock!
