Learning Environment Specialist
The interview process was very streamlined. The first call with a recruiter was informative. From there I moved on to an interview with the region's Managing Director, which went more in depth on the role and how my experience could fit in it. From there, I was moved to the next round of interviews with more higher ups in the company. Overall the interview process took about 3 weeks before an offer was made.

Project Coordinator
The interview process was about 20 minutes long and involved very basic, not extremely difficult questions. This was just a screening interview. They mentioned it usually takes 2 to 3 days to hear back from a hiring manager about whether they will proceed to the second round of interviews.
- Have you ever had to manage multiple projects simultaneously?
Interior Designer
Applied online and got an automated confirmation. The next day, the hiring manager emailed for a 30-minute phone interview, confirming a time and sending an invite. She then followed up by the end of the week to schedule a second interview with three best practice leaders. After that, she arranged a third interview with three members of my potential team. The day after the third interview, the hiring manager gave me a verbal offer for the salary I requested, which was also sent via email. Upon accepting, I had to complete a personality assessment, drug test, and usual paperwork. The hiring manager was helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process.
- What are your thoughts on remote work?
