English Teacher
The interview process was pretty relaxed. The HR person was really nice and patient and also helpful throughout my entire moving process.
- Could you please state your full name?
Teacher
The interview process had three stages. First, there was a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and finally a technical screen. During the interview, I was asked about a time I had to handle multiple responsibilities at a previous job, explaining that I worked at a small company where everyone helped out. I was also asked about how I'd handle a situation where a student, known to be quarantined, entered the cafeteria, and I responded that I would take action and guide them to the nurse.
- Can you describe a time when you had to juggle many tasks and responsibilities?
- What would you do if you saw a student who you knew was quarantined for illness enter the cafeteria?
- Tell me if you are the only child in your family.

The process was smooth, and the recruiter was very patient with some technical difficulties we encountered. They asked plenty of questions about my education and experience.
- Could you describe your background in teaching English?
