The interview process had three stages. First, there was a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and finally a technical screen. During the interview, I was asked about a time I had to handle multiple responsibilities at a previous job, explaining that I worked at a small company where everyone helped out. I was also asked about how I'd handle a situation where a student, known to be quarantined, entered the cafeteria, and I responded that I would take action and guide them to the nurse.

This company's interview process was really weird and off-putting. HR recruiters would send you on a wild goose chase through interviews with different branches of their school, setting up new interviews without telling you or getting your okay, and then act like you should've known and been ready way ahead of time. They'd give you interview prep stuff with only 2-3 hours' notice. The interviewers from the schools themselves often seemed unprepared and would deliberately misunderstand parts of your resume or background. This doesn't seem like it's just one recruiter; it's probably company policy. Recruiters from this company would frequently message at strange hours, trying to make you feel bad for not replying to an interview request they hadn't even sent yet. Recruitment and HR staff would act needy and aggressive if you took more than half an hour to respond to emails, and they'd send an angry reply if you told them you weren't interested anymore. I don't want to work for this company after seeing how their HR team operates. A heads-up to others to avoid this company's shady and manipulative human resources team.

The process started with a recruiter, and it was tough to nail down an interview date because the head teacher was always busy. When we finally picked a date, she got sick and had to cancel. For the demo lesson, I was given material, and after teaching it, I was told I shouldn't have just used the given material, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. During the demo, I asked for participation from the student, but I was told no. Then, after the demo, I was told I should have had participation. Following a long, interrogation-like questioning, they expressed surprise that I don't go to bars and suggested I might not be a good fit. I only found this out when I asked. The school didn't proactively share this information.

Had a chat with the consultant first, then the Head teacher invited me back. For the second interview, I had to do a demo class for the little ones (3-5 year olds). Got the offer a few days after.
