Public Policy Manager
A recruitment agency reached out to me for this Meta role. I had an initial screening call with them, which was pretty casual. Sadly, I never got any follow-up from the agency, even after asking for feedback multiple times.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain how your background aligns with this position?
- Could you share an example of a challenging situation you encountered and how you successfully resolved it?
Manager
You can expect about 5-7 interviews in total. This includes a presentation for about 3-5 people, followed by individual interviews where we'll dive into specific topics. We'll be looking at both your technical skills to see if you can do the job, and also your cultural fit for the team you'd be coaching.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
Manager
I wasn't interviewed through a formal process, I went straight to talking with the manager and CEO. It was about an hour-long conversation where we discussed the market, the role, and the challenges equally.
- Are you prepared to sell any type of IT service?
