I had an initial interview with the recruiter in June. This first conversation was just for her to get to know me better and understand which area within IT I'd like to work in the future. I got approval for a second interview, but had to wait for the position to open, which would take a few months. The second interview finally happened in September, where I was interviewed by the team supervisor. He conducted the interview very well and asked interesting questions. I only found it uncomfortable because the whole team was present during the interview (5 people). I understand the importance, but it makes the interviewee less comfortable.

The interview process was poorly managed, with difficulty in providing necessary information and delays in sending it. The requirements were much higher than expected for an internship position. Although advertised as remote, the role had full-time CLT hours.
