Project Engineer
I had a couple of interviews with two people from the company who really seemed to represent it well. It was pretty laid back and felt personal, but still professional. I liked discussing the current and upcoming projects.

It was a 3 step interview process. The final step involved a 5 hour visit to the office. The people I met were really nice. I got to tour the job site and meet a lot of different people, which was a good experience. The company is also employee-owned.
- What motivated you to pursue a career in construction?

The phone interview seemed to go well, lasting about 30 minutes. It really gave me a good sense of the company's perspective. I'm hoping to get an offer and move forward with it.
