The interview process involved two rounds of conversational interviews. They didn't ask any deep technical questions, but instead focused on evaluating my fit for the role. The team at Meso Scale did an excellent job explaining the job, its challenges, and the opportunities available. I really enjoyed the interview process because of their transparency and getting to learn more about the company.

First, I had a phone call with a recruiter where they asked me some general questions. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with some of the engineers and management. During that, I was asked a technical question and had to use pen and paper to show how I'd solve it. I felt a little put on the spot, but thankfully, I ended up getting the offer.
