Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Merlin Entertainments.
Marketing
It was a good and straightforward interview process. We started with an initial chat with HR, followed by two rounds of interviews with knowledgeable and senior team members. The conversations were good and allowed for a two-way exchange, with plenty of questions and open discussion, plus a chance for me to present my ideas for the future.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Marketing
I had a Teams interview online, and since that went well, I moved on to the next step. Then, I had another interview in person at their office near the London Eye.
- Can you discuss your past experience?
Marketing Executive
I went through a two-stage interview process. The first stage involved competency-based questions asked in person at the office, and it concluded with a brief test. The second interview was a presentation, which they were nice enough to let me do remotely via Zoom in the evening because I couldn't get time off work.
- Could you tell me why you're interested in this particular career path?
