Intern
I connected with this company through a school program, and the experience was much better than I anticipated. The team was really adaptable and welcoming, which allowed me to work on a project together that was full of challenges, learning opportunities, and professional development. It was a very rewarding process, I learned a lot from it, and I really enjoyed it.

Pricing Analyst
The interview process was pretty simple. It was mostly behavioral questions, not too many technical ones. I interviewed with two people from the team. Overall, it was a really good interview and co-op experience.

Engenheiro
- Tell me about your past experiences.
- What makes you stand out?
- How can you add value to the team?
Inventory Manager
After applying online, I got a call for an initial HR phone screen. Then, about a week later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager that was over an hour long. Three weeks after that, I went to HQ for an on-site, which included interviews with HR and two managers. It felt rushed, running about 2 hours instead of the planned 1.5. One manager couldn't make it, so I had another 45-minute phone interview a week or two later. After all that, I didn't hear anything back, even after following up multiple times. The whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional, especially with the lack of follow-up.
- What would your first 90 days look like in this position?
