Regulatory Affairs Specialist
The interview was onsite, starting with HR, then a meal. HR asked basic questions. The manager was more reserved. The questions focused on my experiences. We toured the lab and saw the facilities. The location is poorly served by public transport and near warehouses, making it difficult without a car.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Sales Associate
Had a 30 min screening interview with the in-house recruiter. They asked me about my history and my salary expectations. They also asked if I was Mobil. It was pretty pleasant since they reached out to me. The salary guidelines seem low, especially for high cost California areas.

Marketing
It was very relaxed, they asked about my background. I prepared a project. The interview was in English. Final interview. They were very nice. In total there were 3 steps. 1st was introductory. 2nd was introductory with the manager. 3rd was the project.

Vice President Sales
Had multiple phone screens, then a virtual one with the Executive VP. I was told after that meeting that I met all the criteria and they would be in touch in a few weeks to set up in-person meetings. I had to follow up several times, and each time they just said 'we’re not there yet' but they'd get back to me. The first interview was in February, and then in June I got an automated email saying I wasn't selected. Honestly, for this level, I expected more professionalism.
