First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Meril Life Sciences.
Software Development Engineer
the process had three main rounds: 1. Development Round - technical skills assessment 2. Behavior Assessment Round - culture fit and soft skills evaluation 3. HR Round - final discussion on compensation, benefits, and logistics
- Could you tell me about your backend skills?
- How is your knowledge of Node.js?
- What experience do you have with MongoDB?
Software Engineer
After the 3rd round they offered me a salary, I asked for bit more and they said no and I rejected the offer. After a week they offered what I asked for but after my last round they came up telling that they will be offering much more less that what they had initially offered. Such a unprofessional behaviour. They wasted my time and energy in this process.
- Could you implement a timer using JavaScript?
Software Engineer
It was a telephonic round first, then a coding round where they focused on DSA and OOPS and discussed my projects. After that, there was a managerial round where we talked about the projects on my resume and the challenges I faced while developing them.
- Can you explain concepts related to Arrays, Linked lists, pointers, and OOPS?
- Discuss your experience with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS).
- Tell me about the projects listed on your resume and the challenges you encountered during their development.
