A recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview. After that, I had an interview with the manager and some of the clinic staff. Everyone on the staff was really nice and they asked me about my experience and what I was interested in regarding the job.

Behavioral

The interview process is pretty straightforward. You meet with 3 managers at the same time. One person leads the questioning, while the other two focus on taking notes and observing. This differs from UnityPoint's process because there's no initial phone screening; you go straight to talking with the department's hiring managers.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to rebuild a patient's or their family's trust in MercyOne?
  • Could you describe the care you provided for the most critically ill patient you've encountered?
