Manager
The interview process was pretty easy! I liked that there was a talent assessment at the end of the application. At times, the recruiter didn't seem to know much about the local area and the position.
- Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker.
Assistant Manager
Great attention from good people, a clean area, nice clients, fancy desktop, very organized and helpful with all your needs. They will get the job done. They asked about my life and got to know me as a person.
- What do you like doing?
Manager
It was a really long process with multiple parts to it. They told me about the job details, how many hours and days I would be working. They also explained how transfers between departments work. I was asked if I would need to travel and how I would get reimbursed for it. We also went over the benefits that are offered. They gave me plenty of time to ask questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. They gave me a phone number to call if I had any more questions.
- Would you be willing to respect the prayer offering at the start of meetings?
