The interview process was very straightforward and professional. The office was a bit difficult to reach, but overall it was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend this position. The office is somewhat small and has a professional culture.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted for an interview, which was done virtually and seemed to go really well/was interesting. Then I was asked to complete a one hour timed writing assignment, and never heard back again. If you're asking people to take time out of their day to do free work, at least respond with a decision. Or ghost after the first interview.

Behavioral Other

The process included two rounds of normal interview questions, which I thought went well. The hiring team then asked me to complete a timed writing assignment outside of work hours, which I completed. Mercury completely ghosted me after this point. This is rude regardless, but especially after asking me to invest time in a writing assignment.
