So the interview process had two parts. First, a non-technical part where they asked me how I'd test a specific feature. Then, the technical part where they hit me with Java questions, especially around encapsulation and constructors. Oh, and there was a small coding question too.

Technical Behavioral Case

So I applied on their website and heard back in about 3 days to set up an onsite assessment and interview. The assessment itself was pretty easy, it was an Excel test and a multiple choice quiz on QA stuff, both done through some software. After that, I had interviews with an HR team and then a QA manager-analyst team where they asked me behavioral and critical thinking questions. About a week later, I had a final chat with another QA manager about the job and why I wanted it. Got the offer two weeks after that.

I was contacted by a contract firm about a contract-to-perm QA Analyst role. The interview process involved two phone interviews, one in-person meeting, and a panel interview. There were several instances where interviews were scheduled and then postponed. The entire process stretched over three months.
