Mercor's selection process is quite long and complicated. First, there's a visual interview with an AI that asks you questions. Then you have to watch videos and answer questions after each one. So far, so good, but finally, you have to simulate a pretty complex work project and undergo yet another oral interview. By the end, you're tired because it's so long.

The interview process was entirely AI-driven. We signed a contract, but then no work was provided. They mentioned their client pulled funding, which was the reason given. However, the communication after the interview, leading up to the contract signing, was pretty bad.
