I went through a few quick 15-minute screening calls, but the first two people had totally different ideas of what the job was. Everything kept getting rescheduled or delayed, and nobody was ever on time. Then there was a 6-hour onsite thing, which involved some long assignments, but I can't tell you exactly what. That also got rescheduled because they couldn't coordinate times, and then they changed it again to split it over two days. After I didn't get the job, they gave me feedback about my onsite work that wasn't even right. They said I missed things that I actually included, so it felt like they either didn't really look at my submissions or were just trying to find a reason to reject me after I did the work.

Had a quick chat with the hiring manager, then got invited for an onsite superday at their HQ. Later, there was a 10-minute chat with one of the founders. It was a pretty intense process with intense people. Not unpleasant, but not exactly pleasant either :)
