I got in touch with the company through a contact and they had me fill out the online application to make it official. There were 3 interviews: with the recruiter, the department director, and HR. HR focused on personality and my CV, while the recruiter talked about my skills and abilities. The meeting with the director was more of a general discussion to see if I'd fit the team. The vibe was friendly and professional. Even so, the questions were very precise and detailed, and they were honest about what they wanted. I got positive feedback but wasn't offered the job because they needed someone with more experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a bit of a long haul with five interviews spread out over six months. They kept me updated generally, but it wasn't always crystal clear which interview would be the last one. Also, I wasn't told about compensation upfront, but that wasn't a big deal for me as I figured that would be a discussion for after an offer. The communication folks were really nice, just maybe not as upfront as they could have been.
