The internship program starts with a resume review. Next, there's an HR interview where you talk about yourself and participate in a group activity with about 5 other people. The final stage was an interview in English with the manager, where they discussed the role. They select candidates after the HR interview and group activity, and the last step is an English group activity.

after getting shortlisted on CV, there are two rounds. First round is a personal interview. Second round includes a personal interview and case studies. These case studies are different from MBB and might have multiple mini cases. The case studies have more details than MBB interviews.
