This interview process was considered medium to easy. It's recommended to prepare well using Python and SQL resources like GeeksforGeeks or W3Schools. You should have a solid understanding of the topics you've worked on, as they will ask about your past experiences.

So I applied for a Big Data Hadoop role. The interview process was really good. The technical people were patient and great. There were three rounds total: two technical interviews and then an HR interview. It was all done over Blue Jeans video conf. The technical interviewers were fantastic and really tested the basics needed for the project and core concepts. After the first round, the second round was with the German and US teams. They were great and focused again on the project and my previous experience. Then came the HR round, which was the annoying part. They really don't know how to talk to candidates and wouldn't even respond. I had to chase them multiple times for feedback. Every time I called, they'd ask who it was, and I'd have to reintroduce myself from the start. Truly pathetic HR. For the offer, I had to chase them about three times. They acted like they owned the place, saying "We can offer this much, if you're okay, we'll proceed, otherwise, we'll stop here." They didn't give me a chance to speak. The technical interviewers were awesome. HR really needs to learn how to talk to candidates. It wasn't just me; I found out others had the same issue after I joined. Just make sure you're clear on your basics and projects.

It was super fast, an interview with the employment agency and an interview with those responsible for the vacancy. I had no difficulties, they were looking for a professional who knew the routine of the area and I knew, I identified with those responsible for the vacancy and everything went well.
