I applied as part of the I.T Internship. A simple form was handed to us, asking for basic info like Name and where you live, your programming languages and areas of interest. The back of the form had more questions. After filling it, we were given a Logical Test in Time attack format (answer as many as you can in 5 minutes). Then there was a simple English test and an essay in Portuguese. The process isn't finished, I'm currently doing the Online Interview.
