It was a screening interview with a peer and an HR interview. Each interview had English questions and conversation. The interview results came out quickly. The overall process was quick and the interview was conducted in a comfortable atmosphere.

The interview focused on C# and Xamarin for Android. The interviewer had me write code on paper, not really checking my knowledge or past projects, but just the syntax. It felt like a bad experience since we usually use IDEs like Visual Studio or Eclipse, and nobody memorizes all the syntax. The interviewer said I was knowledgeable but couldn't write on paper, so I was incapable. There weren't any specific Android questions, although my Android experience isn't extensive. I'd suggest to management that interviewers should assess what a candidate has done, not just get answers to everything. Also, why do you need notebook answers for anonymous methods, delegates, Fibonacci series, and MVVM to integrate Android apps into Mercedes cars?
