The process started in early March with an online game of general knowledge questions, which was quite simple. After that, I did an online group activity with other candidates where we were asked to prepare a presentation about improvements to the line. Then there was an online interview where my English was tested, along with some general questions and information about my resume. Finally, I had an interview with the area managers. They don't contact us to give feedback on the process; it's now the end of April and I haven't heard anything back.

After finishing the general ability test, English/German test, video interview, and HR interview, this interview was the last step. It was a group interview, initially, we played ice breaker games and had a group discussion with the interviewers, then we had individual discussions about our educational and professional backgrounds. No technical questions were asked.
