Financial Analyst
The first stage involved an HR representative and two line managers. In addition to introductions, a series of behavioral questions were asked. The second stage was with the division finance manager and one of the line managers from the first round. This stage included more behavioral questions to assess team and cultural fit.
- How would you handle a situation where your opinion differs from your manager's?
Financial Analyst
It was an entry-level position and skipped the initial screening, going straight into one difficult in-person interview. The interview consisted of situational questions and was conducted by a group of two people. There were no follow-ups after the interview.

- Tell me about a time you analyzed a significant amount of data to provide a financial suggestion.
- Share an experience where you made an error in your financial analysis and what you took away from it.
Financial Analyst
I had a phone interview where we first went over my resume, so it's important to know it well. Then I got some common questions like why I picked this company and to give examples showing my analytical skills, plus some behavioral questions. The interviewer mentioned there would be another face-to-face interview later.
