The interviewer seemed to be reading questions directly from a prepared list. They didn't ask many follow-up questions about me or the role. It felt like a pretty standard, unremarkable process from their end. The overall experience was decent, but I probably wouldn't apply for another job with them.

It was a smooth and great interview experience. There were some technical questions, but if you're competent, you'll be fine. I heard back in about 2 weeks. The HR person was very nice and open to discussion. Overall, a 5-star experience.

Behavioral

The interview process was very strict and by the book. We had to answer every question using the STAR method exactly as written, and the interviewers wrote down our answers under S, T, A, and R on their notes. I felt like this put a lot of awkward pressure on the interviewers, causing pauses that interrupted the interview's flow.
