I got a quick call and then an invitation for an interview at the contact center in Maastricht. The assessment took the whole day, including some computer tests, a roleplay with other candidates, and an individual interview to wrap things up. A couple days later, they called to say they wanted to hire me, but I'd have to wait a few weeks for the contract. In the meantime, I dropped another job application. Eight months passed, and still no contract. I was basically blown off when I kept asking for updates. Don't make promises you can't keep. Get your contract situations sorted before making people go through your interview process. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get the job though, given the terrible job and awful schedules.

I had two online interviews, one with a recruiter and another with two managers. The interviews were really friendly and they only asked basic questions. After the second interview, they wanted me to come to the Netherlands for an in-person interview, but I couldn't make it due to personal reasons.

The interview process was quite short, involving just your direct boss (an operations manager) and an HR specialist. Since they really need people at CAC right now, they're not trying to make it tough for you. They're just carefully checking your skills. It's nothing to worry about, just be yourself and you'll probably get an offer. Also, the salary is pretty negotiable.
