The MBUK interview process in Milton Keynes felt unnecessarily long. After submitting an online application, the first step was a recorded video interview via an online platform. Candidates had to answer on-screen questions, recording their responses via webcam within a set time limit. This was followed by three in-person interviews, each with a senior business manager and a functional team member. The first in-person round involved a business challenge where I was given a 'business case' to prepare a presentation on and answer questions. The latter part of this round included a set of mechanical, interrogative, probing, and situation-oriented questions prepared by MB for all candidates. The second and third in-person stages were more informal, focusing heavily on the role and subject matter, with no tests, just conversations. Each video interview lasted about 45 minutes (7-9 videos total). The first face-to-face interview, including the business challenge and presentation, took 3 hours. Each subsequent stage was 1.5 hours long. The process didn't result in a hiring decision, just another invitation for a further face-to-face round, which I declined.

I had an on-campus interview at UT Dallas that was about 30 minutes long. There were three interviewers: one Project Manager, one Team Lead, and one Project Management Person. They asked both technical and managerial questions. The only downside was that I never heard back from them, either with an offer or a rejection.

The interview process was surprisingly organized and completed in under 3 weeks. It started with a prescreen phone interview, followed by an exam and a PPT exam. Then there was a behavioral test and an invited recorded interview. After that, I was invited for a group interview and finally a face-to-face interview with 7 executives, which lasted the whole day. It was a great experience.
