We started with an introduction, followed by a case study. Then we talked about my CV and previous roles. They also asked about my wishes as an employee for the new job and what I'd want to change in my new area of responsibility from an outside perspective. Three employees were present during the interviews.

It was a really nice interview and the hiring process was super fast, no weird questions. They asked about my motivation, what I knew about the MB product portfolio and the automotive industry in general. I also had a special analytical question.
