First there was a 10 minute call with HR to possibly set up a meeting. After that, there was an online call with the team (manager and HR) where they asked various questions (situations, behavioral, mostly motivational). My advice? Be sincere and open. I talked about my background and my interest in the sector.

The interview process at was pretty good and organized. First, there was a phone screening. Then, they gave me a case study to see how I handle problems. Finally, I had an in-person interview which included both technical and behavioral questions. The communication was clear, and it felt professional.

Technical Group Presentation Behavioral Case

After a brief, spontaneous phone interview, if you impressed them, you're invited to a two-day assessment center. In the AC, five competitors are invited per position, though some parts are completed together with applicants for other positions. The AC starts with an online test (mental arithmetic and logic are required), followed by a group discussion, presentation, reading an English text and answering questions about it, individual interview, and role-playing. However, two are eliminated on the first day, and on day 2, there are still three people you're competing against.
