I introduced myself, the manager introduced himself, and HR introduced themselves. Then I was told about the position, and there were the 'typical' HR questions (strengths/weaknesses). It was a really very pleasant and relaxed conversation.

The application submission was a bit lengthy, typical for most companies. About 1.5 weeks after applying, I got invited for a phone interview, which happened a week later, so 2.5 weeks post-application. This call was directly with my future mentor and manager. The vibe was great, no stressful or highly technical questions, mostly personal ones. I received the intern offer the very next day.
