You'll give your personal opinion first, and then discuss it with your colleagues. If you pass this stage, you'll get a call for an individual interview.

You're in a barren area, 130 km southwest of a mining camp, the closest settlement, and 120 km off your flight path. The temperature is 40 degrees Celsius.
