We had a group interview which was 1.5 hours long. First, there were slides explaining company stuff, then a silly game to get us to participate. Honestly, it doesn't matter what you do in the game, they already know who they're gonna call beforehand, so it's a waste of time for most people.

Despite the nerves, the experience was very positive. The first stage was a group interview. They explained the conditions, salaries, and vacancies, after which we had to choose which items we would take to a desert island. After this, we were paired up and had to agree on which items from the ones proposed by both of us we would finally take. After this stage, I had an individual interview.
