Started with a group interview, where acting a bit clueless and questioning obvious things actually helped. For behavioral questions, they preferred unrealistic but interesting answers over correct ones. Then, an individual interview followed. Having little experience is a disadvantage, but not having a driver's license is a major problem, even if the location isn't far.
