Positive experience: First contact with the data team manager, which I really valued. Explanation of the role and expectations of the position, then a general interview with HR, and finally a technical challenge, with the manager, and a technical leader, and 2 more data scientists from the team. Then a review of the challenge, where they had me review some of the things I had done. At all times I felt accompanied and felt the importance they gave to recruiting for the position.
