Tuve una llamada inicial con alguien de Accenture, quien fue muy amable y respondió todas mis preguntas. Después, pasé a una entrevista con Recursos Humanos de MeLi. La entrevista estuvo bien; me explicaron sobre el puesto, las tareas, la estructura del equipo (a quién reporto, quiénes participan en reuniones), el día a día y otros detalles importantes del puesto. Luego, me hicieron preguntas sobre mi experiencia y lo que podría aportar. Fue una conversación agradable, relajada, lógica y directa.

The selection process has 4 stages: First, the recruiter contacts you and sends a cognitive test. Then, a video call interview with the recruiter (mine was Emily Ferreira). Third, an interview with the Team Lead. Finally, an interview with the Continuous Improvement Supervisor. The process was pleasant, I can't complain about that. It left me with a negative experience, as I invested two weeks in this selection process, reached the last stage, and never received any feedback. I expected more from Argentina's 'Best Place To Work'. Recommendation for HR: Respect candidates' time, which is the most important thing.
