Sendo bem sincero, eles não te dão um retorno após a entrevista. Fora isso, a entrevista foi tranquila e as pessoas foram agradáveis. Eu fiquei esperando um retorno, mas eles não mandam nada. Sinto falta disso.

The entire process was very productive, the evaluators were very interested and committed. And the experience overall was very good. I would participate in the selection process again, it seems like a good company to work for.

The selection process felt disrespectful. The recruiter was clear about the job, benefits, and daily tasks, but the leaders in the next interview didn't even check my LinkedIn. They conducted a generic interview with no good questions and then gave a lecture about the field! I know no one knows everything, and an internship is for learning, but the interview is meant to get to know the candidate, not for lecturing. Leaders, respect candidates and prepare better for interviews! I didn't get an offer, but if I had, I wouldn't have accepted it because of the attitude of the three women who interviewed me.
