The process was really fast, I got to the final interviews in under 3 weeks. The interviews themselves were great, a really nice exchange. At the end of the last interview, they told me I'd hear back by the end of the week, positive or negative. They just ghosted me. I messaged HR about a week later and was completely ignored. After 2 weeks with no response, I messaged the Head, who had told me in the interview that I could contact her with any questions, but she just viewed my message and didn't reply. When it was a month since my last interview, with the CFO, I finally got a robotic response. It's a shame it went down like this.

I sent my resume. The next week, they called me for an interview first with the consulting firm, then a week later the MB HR department itself scheduled an interview with the managers. The interview went smoothly, but afterwards, I felt it was disrespectful. After a few days, I messaged HR to find out, but they didn't reply. After a few more days, I messaged the manager too, and he also left me hanging. The company preaches inclusion but shows zero respect for candidates.

The whole process was super quick, wrapped up in about 2 weeks. First up, a really chill chat with HR about my experience, what I'm looking for, and the company vibe. Then, a technical test that was pretty interesting and challenging, with 3 days to complete it. After they checked out my code, I had an interview with the hiring manager. We went over the code I wrote and talked about how it could be built out for a new feature. It was super insightful, more like a JavaScript and performance masterclass than a typical interview. It was a deep dive technically, lasting over 1.5 hours, and I picked up some great new concepts.

During the interview process, I completed a challenge where I was given a description with client information, including how the client's service process worked from beginning to end. I created a diagram to visually understand the provided process and identify bottlenecks and problems. Afterward, I created a new diagram to show a new solution aimed at reducing the bottlenecks and problems the client was facing. In summary, I presented the client's problems, demonstrated possible solutions, and their benefits. We also discussed work experiences and solutions I had implemented.
